Gurgaon is a city in state of Haryana and is a part of Delhi - National Capital Region (NCR). It has become a leading financial and industrial hub with the third highest per capita income in India. This was followed by the invasion of Timur and the land was ruled by Khanzadas. It was then annexed by Babur and then Humayun toAkbar. After the Mughal Empire's decline it came under the British rule.

Winters chill can be furthered by mild rains. Spring and autumn are mild and pleasant seasons with low humidity. The monsoon season usually starts in the first week of July and continues till August.

Boating is a popular activity and has the options of row boats, paddle boats and motor boats.
